The Suburban Dream

The images in this exhibition referenced a bayside suburb in Melbourne, where I once lived as a teenager. Consistent with how that past can now sometimes seem hyper-real and dream-like, this body of work used highly contrasting and vivid images to investigate the co-existent but parallel experiences of vibrant bayside life and suburban marginalisation.
